What we collect
- Course enrolment: name, email, phone, postal address, pincode, status (student, professional, entrepreneur), organisation and experience level.
- Mentorship application: your contact details, time zone and country, plus the answers you give in the six-part intake form (background, goals, skills self-assessment and preferences).
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, subject and message.
- RishSec’s Newsletter: your email address.
- Payments: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive a payment ID and status; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your theme choice (dark or light) is stored in your own browser only.
Why we use it
- To enrol you, take payment, and send your confirmation and session details.
- To prepare for your mentorship session; your mentor reads your intake answers beforehand.
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To send RishSec’s Newsletter and, if you enrolled or booked, occasional programme updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay processes payments.
- Brevo stores contact lists and sends our emails.
- Slack receives internal notifications of new enrolments and enquiries.
- Zoom hosts the live sessions. Sessions are not recorded.
- Medium and rss2json supply the article list on the blog page; your browser loads it from them.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enrolment, intake and enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal and tax requirements. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
