Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for services offered by RISHEC, a brand of Cyber Intel IQ Ventures (“CIIQ Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Mentorship Sessions
  • Cancellation by User:
    • More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: You may reschedule your session via Calendly or request a full refund.
    • Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are generally non-refundable. However, we understand emergencies happen; please contact us at admin@rishsec.io, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation by RISHEC/CIIQ Ventures: In the rare event that we need to cancel a mentorship session, you will be offered an alternative time slot or a full refund.
2. Training Programs
  • Cancellation by User:
    • Before commencement of the course: You may request a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the official start date of the training program.
    • Within 7 days of course commencement or after the course has started: No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced or within 7 days of the start date, as access to course materials and sessions is provided.
    • EMI Option: If you have opted for the EMI plan and decide to cancel after the course has commenced, you will still be liable for the full course fee as agreed upon.
  • Cancellation by RISHEC/CIIQ Ventures: In the unlikely event that a training program is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund.
3. Refund Process
  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to admin@rishsec.io. Please include your name, contact information, the service you purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approval date.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
4. Exceptions
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the policy is being abused.
  • Refunds are not applicable for “Free Call” sessions or any other free services.
